Expanded Service Offerings in North America

As part of our expanding services and continued support of our customer base in North America, we are pleased to announce our offering of remanufactured Jenbacher heads for the Type 6 gas engines.

Our processes include careful cleaning and dye penetrant inspections of the fire deck surfaces for circumferential crack. Heads not exhibiting cracks will then be disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, bead blasted, hydrostatically tested, and then reassembled with parts from PowerUP. Heads will be thoroughly inspected to ensure compliance to specifications, painted and shipped to the end users.
